Stromberg Carlson Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca- Video

Today on our 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeco, we're doing a test fit of the Stromburg Carlson 23 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is CC-100. Now this works with 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have that high weight capacity, it is very lightweight, so it's easy to lift up and put into or even take out of your hitch. While we have it here on our vehicle, we're going to take a few measurements. First is going to be our ground clearance. more

Today on our 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca we're doing a test fit of the CURT folding 20 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is C18151. Now this has a 500 pound weight capacity and works with 2" hitches only. The first thing we're going to do while it's attached to our vehicle is take a few measurements. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. We've got about 12" there. more

Curt Hitch Cargo Carrier Review - 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca C18150- Video

Today on our 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca we're doing a test fit of the Curt 20 by 60 cargo carrier. That part number is C18150. Now this has a 500 pound weight capacity and works with 2 inch hitches. The first thing we're going to do while it's on our vehicle is take a few measurements. We're going to start off with our ground clearance. To the bottom of our carrier we have about 14 inches. Now, that is because we do have that raised shank in the back which is going to raise our carrier even higher than our hitch, giving us that great ground clearance which is good for pulling in and out of parking lots or driveways. more

Today on our 2006 Subaru B9 Tribeca, we're doing a test fit of a MaxxTow 48 by 21 cargo carrier. That part number is MT70422. Now, this works with 2 inch hitches only and has a weight capacity of 500 pounds. Although it does have that high weight capacity, it is very lightweight. It's made out of aluminum. It is easy to put into and take out of our hitch. more

Today on our 2006 Subaru V9 Tribeca we're doing a test fit of the CURT 20 by 48 cargo carrier. That part number is C18110. Now this works with both 1-1/4" and 2" hitches and has a weight capacity of 300 pounds. Now although it does have that really high weight capacity, it is very lightweight so it's easy to insert and take out of your hitch whenever you need to. The first thing we're going to do here is take a few measurements. Starting off with our ground clearance we're going to have about 14-1/2". Overall to our vehicle we're adding about 29". more
